2023 Good Food Awards Winner!

After we trim, slice and package our award winning Wagyu Beef Bacon, we often have ends and pieces left over. Each package varies in the number of pieces, you might get partial slices, different sized chunks, and some packages more fat than others depending on the cow and part of the navel that was sliced.

Each package is loaded with intense sweet and salty flavors! Toss them in a stew or add to a frittata or just cook them up as a snack!! It cooks just like pork bacon. Each package is 8 oz.

Meaty, smoky, flavorful goodness — Our Wagyu Beef Bacon is a treat any time of the day. We use Ohio-raised Wagyu Beef from McDowell Farms, cure with our own custom blend of salt & spices and smoke over applewood. The farm is Level 4 Global Animal Partnership Certified.
