At Foris, we use G.A.P. certified pork and beef from McDowell Farms to create our award-winning salamis, gourmet bacons, and artisan sausages.
Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.) certification drives continuous improvement of animal welfare. Chad and Renee McDowell chose this rigorous approach because it is a healthier and more enjoyable way to take care of the animals, it allows the animals and caretakers to be outdoors with better air quality, and it's a more natural way for the animals to live.
McDowell Farms' commitment to quality means: Duroc-sired pork, Wagyu-sired beef, no antibiotics, no added hormones, and a vegetation diet with no animal by-products for their livestock.
