Sausage Board with Roasted Veg

  1. Heat olive oil in pan
  2. Saute the sausages in olive oil over medium heat. Use a spatula to gently turn over the sausage coil. Turn frequently until browned. Word of caution: Do not cook sausages over high heat because the thin natural sausage casings may split.
  3. Cut some sausages in thirds on bias and arrange on board. Keep the South African Boerewors South African in its coil for visual interest and cut once on board.
  4. Roast vegetables and blister peppers.
  5. Arrange vegetables, antipasti and condiments in bowls on board. Sprinkle roasted peppers over the board.
