Sausage Board with Roasted Veg

Ingredients
- Thai Style Sai Ua Sausage
- Boerewors South African Style Farmer’s Sausage
- Mexican Style Chorizo
- Hot Italian Sausage
- American Cajun Andouille Sausage
- Sauces – Mustards, Pestos, chutney, ketsups, dressings
- Variety of in-store prepared Mediterranean Antipasto favorites, such as roasted tomatoes, Gigande Beans
- Fresh vegetables, such as various peppers and eggplant
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Heat olive oil in pan
- Saute the sausages in olive oil over medium heat. Use a spatula to gently turn over the sausage coil. Turn frequently until browned. Word of caution: Do not cook sausages over high heat because the thin natural sausage casings may split.
- Cut some sausages in thirds on bias and arrange on board. Keep the South African Boerewors South African in its coil for visual interest and cut once on board.
- Roast vegetables and blister peppers.
- Arrange vegetables, antipasti and condiments in bowls on board. Sprinkle roasted peppers over the board.
